900–1500°C
CERAMICS
CEMENT
GLASS
In this high-temperature range, only select solutions are viable. We identify the most cost-efficient and secure energy supply for you, utilizing renewable fuels, electricity, and Carbon Capture and Storage (CCS) solutions. The smart use of waste heat can significantly reduce costs.
We take a long-term approach to planning and supporting the transition of your site.
EXAMPLE:
CO2-NEGATIVE HEAT
FOR A GLASS PLANT
The energy supply for a glass plant can be optimized through a combination of biomethane as fuel, electricity from renewable sources, heat storage, and the intelligent use of waste heat from pyrolysis plants.

Together with you, we develop a tailored concept and implementation strategy for your site that meets your operational needs while optimally supporting your climate goals.
500–900°C
METALLURGICAL APPLICATIONS
In the temperature range between 500°C and 900°C, additional technologies come into play. For example, the pyrolysis of wood residues provides a constant heat flow of 900°C and produces biochar, an essential raw material for the circular economy.

At the same time, high-temperature storage systems offer excellent opportunities to efficiently link your heat demand with various heat sources.
EXAMPLE:
CO2-NEGATIVE HEAT FOR THE METAL INDUSTRY
Power-to-Heat for Aluminum Processing
In aluminum processing, Power-to-Heat technology enables the efficient use of low-cost electricity (peak loads) for heat generation and storage. This stored heat can be used flexibly as needed to preheat aluminum. The preheated aluminum is then brought to its final temperature in a melting furnace using biomethane.
This approach reduces energy costs and lowers CO2 emissions by combining renewable electricity and biomethane. We provide tailored solutions to meet your specific requirements. Together, we can create a more efficient and environmentally friendly aluminum processing system.
below 500°C
CARBON FIBER PRODUCTION, SINTERING, ASPHALT, DRYING, BAKING, STEAM
For temperature ranges below 500°C, various energy supply solutions are available. For instance, industrial waste heat can be optimally utilized as an energy source, enhancing efficiency. When required, mobile high-temperature storage systems can be deployed, or regional production partnerships can be formed.

We are happy to collaborate with you to develop a customized approach that addresses your specific requirements while taking all technological possibilities into account.
EXAMPLE:
CO2-NEGATIVE HEAT
FOR ASPHALT PLANTS
The integration of pyrolysis units, high-temperature storage systems, and waste heat utilization offers an effective solution for CO2-negative production. Additionally, long-term biomass contracts enable an independent energy supply, unaffected by energy price fluctuations.

We support you in the development and implementation of customized solutions for your plant. We understand the specific requirements of your industry and work closely with you to ensure your facility operates efficiently and sustainably.
